Putting Dreams to Paper

Learning the lessons of love isn’t easy. Not the ones of true love.

The self-sacrificing, staying-power kind of love. The kind that forgets self and forges ahead, clearing a path for others – for the weak, the meek, the unnoticed and unlovely.

This kind of love is worth far more than a heart on the side of a coffee cup or the long-stemmed red rose.  Its a love that requires all and is all-consuming.

Dreams are being redefined as this wild love of the Father takes hold, gripping my heart in an uncomfortable way.  A way that says, “Change is needed.  Change is coming”.

The dream I want to dream is His.  The dream I want to live out is the life He died to give.
