I’m not really one for posting recipes, but this one is to die for. Yesterday I was craving it ALL DAY and when I took my first bite, I remembered exactly why. Something about the creamy cilantro and lime dressing and the crunch of homemade tortilla chips lightly dusted with garlic salt…mmm! Yummy in ma tummy.
