I’m not really one for posting recipes, but this one is to die for. Yesterday I was craving it ALL DAY and when I took my first bite, I remembered exactly why. Something about the creamy cilantro and lime dressing and the crunch of homemade tortilla chips lightly dusted with garlic salt…mmm! Yummy in ma tummy.
Here is the recipe (Warning: There are a LOT of steps and it takes a while to prep, but it is SO worth it).
Shout out to my BFF Alisha for introducing me to this recipe, first at 7 months pregnant, then again the week after Cohen was born. No wonder I’m addicted.
